Post Specification
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Project Leadership: Responsible for various renovation and expansion projects of existing campus buildings; act as the designated Project Lead for the department.
2. Compliance & Commercial Management: Oversee the commercial and compliance aspects of projects to ensure alignment with government and university regulations, as well as financial and procurement procedures; manage government approvals, construction permits, and other statutory processes.
3. Technical Documentation: Lead the preparation of construction drawings, Bill of Quantities (BoQ), and tender documents; ensure the accuracy and technical integrity of these documents to meet commercial and bidding requirements.
4. Full-Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire project lifecycle, including external liaison, construction supervision, acceptance, and handover; exercise rigorous control over project safety, quality, and scheduling.
5. Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate closely with internal functional groups; maintain proactive communication and coordination with university user departments to develop work plans and ensure timely project delivery.
6. Documentation & Records: Develop, organize, and maintain all project-related written materials, files, and archives.
7. Other Tasks: Complete additional duties as assigned by leadership.
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Education: Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
2. Experience: A minimum of 15 years of professional experience, including at least 10 years in full-lifecycle building and facility management (must possess integrated experience in design management, project management, and Operations & Maintenance).
3. Soft Skills: Exceptional internal and external communication, management, and coordination capabilities.
4. Competencies: Proven track record in managing project compliance, costs, quality, safety, schedules and cost.
5. Personal Attributes: Dedicated, impartial, and demonstrating high professional integrity.
6. Interpersonal Skills: Effective interpersonal skills with a strong results-oriented and customer-focused mindset.
7. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong document organization and management abilities.
8. Preferred Qualification: Prior experience in a university setting, particularly within Sino-foreign cooperative universities, is highly preferred.
Salary and Benefits
Salary will be competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointments will be made under the establishment of CUHK-SZ and statutory benefits will be provided according to the prevailing labor laws applicable in the PRC. The appointee will be based at the University campus in Shenzhen, PRC.

1. 負(fù)責(zé)已建校園樓宇各類(lèi)改建和擴(kuò)建項(xiàng)目,是本部門(mén)項(xiàng)目的負(fù)責(zé)人。
2. 負(fù)責(zé)部門(mén)的項(xiàng)目商務(wù)和合規(guī)工作,確保項(xiàng)目符合政府及大學(xué)的合規(guī)要求和財(cái)務(wù)和采購(gòu)流程要求;負(fù)責(zé)相關(guān)項(xiàng)目的政府審批, 報(bào)建等相關(guān)流程。
3. 負(fù)責(zé)項(xiàng)目的施工圖設(shè)計(jì)、工程量清單、招標(biāo)文件等制定工作;確保施工圖及招標(biāo)文件及工程量清單等相關(guān)文件的準(zhǔn)確性以符合招標(biāo)等商務(wù)要求。
4. 負(fù)責(zé)項(xiàng)目對(duì)外溝通、施工、驗(yàn)收和移交等全流程管理工作;負(fù)責(zé)項(xiàng)目的安全、質(zhì)量、進(jìn)度、成本等控制。
5. 與部門(mén)的各職能組緊密協(xié)作;與大學(xué)的各個(gè)用戶(hù)部門(mén)緊密溝通和協(xié)調(diào),制定相關(guān)項(xiàng)目工作計(jì)劃,協(xié)調(diào)并及時(shí)完成項(xiàng)目工作。
6. 制定、整理、保管項(xiàng)目的各類(lèi)書(shū)面資料和文件。
7. 完成領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其它工作。
崗位要求:
1. 土建等工程類(lèi)專(zhuān)業(yè)碩士學(xué)位。
2. 15年及以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。 其中至少有10年為樓宇與設(shè)施全生命周期管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)(必須同時(shí)具備設(shè)計(jì)管理, 項(xiàng)目管理和運(yùn)行和維護(hù)管理的經(jīng)驗(yàn) )。
3. 具有極強(qiáng)的對(duì)外和對(duì)內(nèi)溝通管理和協(xié)調(diào)能力。
4. 對(duì)項(xiàng)目的合規(guī)、成本、質(zhì)量、安全、進(jìn)度把控經(jīng)驗(yàn)豐富。
5. 敬業(yè)、公正、廉潔、誠(chéng)信。
6. 有效的人際溝通技巧,以結(jié)果和客戶(hù)為導(dǎo)向。
7. 優(yōu)秀的書(shū)面寫(xiě)作和表達(dá)能力,文檔組織和管理能力。
8. 具有大學(xué)尤其是中外合作大學(xué)的相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先考慮。
