Post Specification
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Facilitate the development and implementation of university strategic planning initiatives.
2. Support the monitoring and advancement of key institutional development projects.
3. Coordinate communication and liaison activities with governmental agencies and education regulatory bodies.
4. Manage inter-institutional collaboration and academic exchange programs.
5. Facilitate university-industry partnerships and knowledge transfer initiatives.
6. Oversee internal administrative operations and procedural compliance.
7. Execute additional responsibilities as delegated by the department director or management.
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Master's degree or higher, with preference given to majors in English, Education, Management, or related fields.
2. At least three years of relevant work experience, preferably with backgrounds in higher education institutions, educational organizations, or education administrative departments.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.
4. Strong execution, communication, and coordination abilities.
5. Familiarity with domestic and international education sectors, as well as local conditions in Shenzhen.
Salary and Benefits
Salary will be competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointments will be made under the establishment of CUHK-SZ and statutory benefits will be provided according to the prevailing labor laws applicable in the PRC. The appointee will be based at the University campus in Shenzhen, PRC.

7. 部門(mén)處長(zhǎng)或經(jīng)理交辦的其他任務(wù)。
崗位要求:
1. 碩士或以上學(xué)歷,英語(yǔ)、教育、管理等專(zhuān)業(yè)優(yōu)先考慮。
2. 至少三年相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),具備高?;蚪逃龣C(jī)構(gòu)或教育行政部門(mén)相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
3. 優(yōu)秀的中、英文寫(xiě)作及口頭表達(dá)能力。
4. 出色的執(zhí)行、溝通、協(xié)調(diào)能力。
5. 熟悉中外教育行業(yè)和深圳地區(qū)情況。
