Post Specification
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Archiving, updating, collation of different academic policies and maintaining register of latest versions, dissemination, periodic review, providing Chinese versions where needed and bringing up need for revision/amendment.
2. Assisting in student registration and record management, timetabling and administering examinations.
3. Providing committee services, report preparation, website management and event organization.
4. Keeping liaison with academics, students and other University departments.
5. Handling general office administration.
6. Undertaking other assignments assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. A Bachelor’s degree.
2. At least 3 years’ post-qualification executive experience, preferably at tertiary education institutions; Experience in committee service, curriculum planning and administration, student record database, and exam administration are preferred.
3. An excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
4. Strong interpersonal, communication, problem solving and task-management skills, as well as good analytical abilities.
5. The ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
6. A strong sense of responsibility and initiative.
7. Good interpersonal and liaison skills.
8. A high level of computer literacy including proficiency in word processing and data analysis, preferably also computer graphics and web applications.
Salary and Benefits
Salary will be competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointments will be made under the establishment of CUHK-SZ and statutory benefits will be provided according to the prevailing labor laws applicable in the PRC. The appointee will be based at the University campus in Shenzhen, PRC.

工作職責(zé):
1. 負(fù)責(zé)各類(lèi)學(xué)術(shù)政策的歸檔、整理及版本更新維護(hù),進(jìn)行政策分發(fā)、定期審查,在有需要時(shí)提供中文版本并提出修訂建議。
2. 協(xié)助學(xué)生注冊(cè)與記錄管理、課程時(shí)間安排及考試管理。
3. 提供委員會(huì)支持服務(wù)、報(bào)告撰寫(xiě)、網(wǎng)站維護(hù)及活動(dòng)組織。
4. 提供與教師、學(xué)生及大學(xué)其他部門(mén)的溝通聯(lián)絡(luò)。
5. 處理日常行政事務(wù)。
6. 完成其它由上級(jí)主管安排的工作。
崗位要求:
1. 本科學(xué)歷。
2. 至少三年相關(guān)行政工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),有在高等教育機(jī)構(gòu)從事工作或有委員會(huì)服務(wù)、課程學(xué)術(shù)管理、教務(wù)學(xué)籍系統(tǒng)管理、考試管理等經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
3. 優(yōu)秀的中英文書(shū)面及口頭表達(dá)能力。
4. 具備出色的人際交往能力、溝通技巧、問(wèn)題解決及任務(wù)管理能力,以及良好的分析能力。
5. 具備工作獨(dú)立性和抗壓能力。
6. 強(qiáng)烈的責(zé)任感和主動(dòng)性。
7. 優(yōu)秀的人際協(xié)調(diào)能力。
8. 熟練使用Word、Excel等辦公軟件進(jìn)行文字編輯和數(shù)據(jù)分析,有圖片處理和軟件應(yīng)用經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
